Return Options Resize (Size Exchange)
- Free of Charge: You can request to exchange a product for a different size at no extra cost.
- Conditions: The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. The request for a size exchange must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Procedure: Contact our customer service at info@snownsand.be with your order number and the desired size. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product and complete the exchange.
Refund
- Shipping Costs: For a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Conditions: The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. The request for a refund must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Procedure: Contact our customer service at info@snownsand.be with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. Once we have received the product in good condition, we will process your refund minus the shipping costs.
